Listings that violate this policy will be removed without notice. Repeat violations or serious offenses may result in permanent account suspension. If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, contact us at

The categories below are not exhaustive. SellSweep reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes items not explicitly listed here that we determine to be inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, or contrary to the spirit of our community standards.
Weapons and Dangerous Items
- Firearms, handguns, rifles, shotguns, and automatic weapons of any kind
- Ammunition, magazines, and firearm components (including 3D-printed parts)
- Suppressors, silencers, and unregistered NFA items
- Switchblades, gravity knives, and other knives prohibited by applicable law
- Brass knuckles, blackjacks, batons, and other impact weapons prohibited by law
- Tasers, stun guns, and electroshock devices where prohibited by local law
- Explosives, fireworks, flares, and incendiary devices
- Crossbows, blow guns, and other regulated projectile weapons where prohibited
Illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
- Controlled substances of any kind, including marijuana regardless of local laws
- Prescription medications sold without a valid prescription
- Synthetic drugs, designer drugs, and 'legal highs'
- Drug paraphernalia including pipes, bongs, syringes, and related items
- Items marketed primarily for drug use, regardless of stated intended purpose
Stolen, Counterfeit, and Fraudulent Goods
- Items that are known or suspected to be stolen
- Counterfeit currency, checks, money orders, or financial instruments
- Counterfeit or replica designer goods, clothing, accessories, or electronics
- Pirated software, movies, music, games, or other copyrighted media
- Items with removed, altered, or obscured serial numbers or identifying marks
- Academic work, essays, or assignments intended to be submitted as one's own
- Gift cards, loyalty points, or credits obtained fraudulently
Adult and Explicit Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind
- Escort services, companionship services, or other adult services
- Items or services of a sexual nature
Live Animals and Regulated Wildlife
- Live animals of any species
- Endangered species, protected wildlife, or products derived from them
- Animal parts, skins, ivory, or products prohibited under the Endangered Species Act or CITES
- Human remains, body parts, or bodily fluids
Hazardous Materials
- Chemicals classified as hazardous, toxic, corrosive, or flammable
- Pesticides, herbicides, and other regulated chemical substances
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Items containing lead paint in quantities that violate applicable law
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Radioactive materials
Recalled and Unsafe Products
- Products subject to a current safety recall by the CPSC or another government agency
- Products that do not meet applicable U.S. safety standards
- Infant and child products (car seats, cribs, high chairs) that are expired, recalled, or do not meet current safety standards
- Helmets that have been involved in a crash or are past their useful life
Regulated and Licensed Services
- Medical, dental, legal, or financial advice or services without the required licenses
- Unlicensed contracting, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC services
- Lottery tickets, raffle tickets, or sweepstakes entries
- Tobacco products where prohibited by local law
- Alcohol listings not in compliance with applicable state and federal law
Personal Data and Privacy Violations
- Personal data, account credentials, or login information belonging to others
- Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or other sensitive financial data
- Hacked accounts, data dumps, or databases containing private information
- Spyware, stalkerware, or tools designed to monitor people without their knowledge
Misleading, Deceptive, or Harmful Listings
- Listings with materially false descriptions, fake photos, or deceptive pricing
- Listings for items the seller does not own or have the right to sell
- Investment schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing recruitment, or get-rich-quick offers
- Fake reviews, testimonials, followers, likes, or other artificial engagement
- Listings designed to harvest personal information or payment details
